With our Keep it Lite with Nicki program, you will learn how to plan meals in advance and just change a few key ingredients to still enjoy your favourite foods and recipes. Just by adding a 15 minute walk, twice daily, and using your great food choices as great fuel, you’ll already begin to feel great. The hardest part of any diet can just be getting started, At Keep It Lite I will teach, guide and encourage you through your whole journey on a one-on-one basis. You will not do it alone! Remember, we are real people, using real food and getting real results.
